The CRM Acceleration World Tour comprises of several smaller events called "CRM Accelerations", sessions where speakers provide the needed information to companies that use SugarCRM, to better understand and succeed with their CRM strategy.
This conference will provide best practices in collecting, analyzing and tracking customer feedback, based on the case studies offered by some of the best companies in America (Cisco, The Coca-Cola Company, etc.).
